A downloadable Life Sim for Windows and macOS

An open-world life sim in a procedurally built city. 128 occupations, cars with their own number plates, houses with a real room behind the front door, a police service that actually responds, and a phone that runs the lot. Work a shift, buy a van, get three stars at 2am, sleep it off in your own bed. Multiplayer included. macOS, universal binary, no launcher, no subscription.

Install instructions

Requires macOS 11 or later on Apple Silicon, or macOS 10.15 or later on Intel. 64-bit only, no other software needed.
  1. Download Havenburg-1.0.0.dmg (67 MB).
  2. Double-click to mount, drag Havenburg.app into Applications.
  3. Eject the disk image.
  4. First launch: right-click the app → Open → Open. Apple warns because the build is signed but not notarised; confirm once and it never asks again. If you double-click by mistake, use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
  5. Saves: ~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/Havenburg/ — delete havenburg_save.json for a fresh character. Multiplayer: the host needs UDP port 24567 reachable; the joiner types the host's IP.
